No implementation. No fractional roles. No discovery phases that pad the invoice. Just four sharp engagements for SMB leadership teams and the boards that decide.

Designing the business to keep running through scenarios that aren't yet on the radar, before they are.
Cloud as a lever for speed and flexibility, with architecture decisions that hold up when the business doubles.
Strategic advisory combines a monthly base fee with an outcome-based component. Move the sliders to see how the mandate cost compares to the impact it can generate.
This is an illustrative example. Each mandate is sized to the client's needs, goals, and improvement potential. "Potential impact" can take many forms: operational cost reduction, revenue growth, licensing optimization, better tech budget allocation, etc. The base fee is paid 50% at signing (required to start — no net-30 terms) and 50% at completion (for longer mandates, the second tranche is invoiced monthly with a 20% holdback at the end). The outcome-based component is collected 90 days after the go-live of the changes, with a floor of 50% of total base fee and a ceiling of 10% of the materialized improvement. All other invoices net-30.
The biggest blocker to growth isn't the technology. It's how the leadership thinks about it.
«Your AI strategy is going to multiply your business, if you know how.»
A committee that decides faster and with sharper technology judgment. Translate that reframing into value captured over the year.
How to read the model: The program is an upfront cost (cohort × €1,900). Over the year, the committee makes N technology decisions — each with a value at stake. The model assumes the program's decision-making uplift captures a percentage of that value on each decision. It's a defensible ceiling for comparing cost vs. upside, not a contractual promise.
When a million-dollar decision is on the table, the board deserves a second opinion that doesn't sell what it recommends.
The return on independent board advisory is the percentage of the budget at stake that gets re-routed, deferred, or reduced with better judgment.
How to read the model: Stradiax joins as an independent non-executive board member and charges per board session (plus expenses, not included here). "Value protected" is the percentage of the technology budget that an independent review saves from the wrong destination: re-routed, deferred, reduced, or replaced. Actual session fees are calibrated to meeting frequency and associated expenses.
The Stradiax layer that sits at your table, multiplied by a panel of high-reputation external directors who review, validate and challenge it. Three layers of judgment before the recommendation reaches your boardroom.
Stradiax's proprietary AI system cross-checks your case against twelve baseline analytical dimensions (expanded per case context) (market, competition, finance, legal, operations, culture) in days, not months.
A senior Advisor with twenty-plus years on boards, executive committees and general management reviews, calibrates and translates the findings to your reality.
Two or three high-reputation independent external directors analyze, challenge and validate the recommendation before it reaches your boardroom. Their signature commits their name.
Same model as Service 01, plus an external expert advisor panel. Each panel member adds €3,000 to the mandate cost.
This is an illustrative example. Same model as Service 01 plus an external review panel (max 3 advisors, €3,000 each). The panel cost is invoiced at signing (net-30). The base fee and outcome-based component follow the same rules as Service 01: 50% of base collected at signing as a requirement to start (no net-30 terms) + 50% at completion with monthly installments on longer mandates; outcome collected 90 days post go-live with a 50% floor of total base and a 10% ceiling of materialized improvement. The panel raises decision defensibility and typically translates into higher materialization.
Whatever the engagement (advisory, mindset reframing, or board support), the work moves through the same five stages. No detours. No padding.
We start with the room. The real conversations, the unspoken constraints, the politics that don't make it into the brief.
The actual blocker is rarely the stated one. We separate the technology question from the leadership question from the governance question.
We change how the question is being asked. The right framing makes most decisions obvious. The wrong framing makes every decision impossible.
Clear strategic direction. What to do, what not to do, in what sequence, and why, in language the board can defend.
Strategy is a habit, not an event. We stay in the conversation long enough for the new mental model to hold without us.
The fastest way to find out is a direct conversation. Tell us where your company is, what's on the table, and what you're trying to decide. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
