Service 02 · Enterprise AI Implementation

Your company's AI, in production. With the ROI closed before the first line of code.

We design, deploy and operate AI-based systems and solutions, agents included, integrated with your SAP, your ERP and your CRM. A single success criterion: it has to show in the P&L.

  • Business case closed before building
  • Fixed price per project, never hours
  • Data in Europe · EU AI Act · GDPR
SYSTEM · ROMULO STATUS · IN PRODUCTION 24/7
Romulo architecture console: Stradiax's mesh of AI agents orchestrated in production

We operate what we build AI systems designed by Stradiax, working every day on our own bottom line.

How a system reaches production If the ROI does not close, we say so on day one
  • BUSINESS CASE

Which process, which figure and in how long.

  • DESIGN

Scope and price closed before building.

  • DEPLOYMENT

Short deliveries, measured against the figure.

  • HANDOVER

Your team runs it. In-house capability, not dependency.

The pilot is not the system.

Every sector is full of AI pilots that impressed in the demo and never reached production. It is almost never the technology that fails: what fails is that the project was born without an owner, without a figure and without a path to real operation. Here we start the other way round: first the figure, then the code.

A figure before the code

Every system is born with its business case: which process, what it is worth and in how long. If the ROI does not close, we say so on day one and it does not get built.

Production, not a demo

The deliverable is the system running on your processes and your data, with the daily operation on top. A demo that cannot survive a Monday morning does not count as a delivery.

Your system, not another licence

Built for your process and your margin, not a generic subscription with someone else's logo on it. And at the end of the project your team operates it, not us.

What we deploy.

Specific systems on specific processes. No generic platforms.

AI agents on processes

Agents that do real work in sales, purchasing, customer service, back office and operations: they classify, draft, respond, reconcile and escalate to a person when it is time. With traceability of every action.

LLM-based process automation

Processes that today live in emails, PDFs and spreadsheets, automated with LLMs and integrated with SAP, ERP and CRM. The margin lost to repetitive tasks comes back to the P&L.

Assistants over your data

Documentation, contracts, procedures and operating history searchable in natural language, with answers that cite their source. Your knowledge stops depending on who is in the office.

Governance included

EU AI Act, GDPR, data in Europe, traceability and human control from the design stage, not as a patch afterwards. The system can be explained to the board and to the regulator.

Where it shows If it does not show here, it is not finished
  • THE MARGIN

Hours of repetitive tasks that stop being lost, measured against the business case figure.

  • THE SPEED

Operational answers and decisions in minutes where there used to be days of crossed emails.

  • THE RISK

Traceability and human control where there used to be inboxes and spreadsheets with no owner.

  • THE P&L

Every system is born with its figure and is measured against it. If it does not show there, it is not finished.

Four phases plus an optional fifth. The first decides whether there is a project.

From the business case to the handover. No big bang six months out: short deliveries measured against the figure.

PHASE 01

Business case

Which process, what figure and in how long. MCouncil cross-checks the case against more than 18 disciplines and ServiceIQ benchmarks it against what it would cost with an integrator. If the ROI does not close, we say so here.

PHASE 02

Design

Architecture, data, integrations and governance defined with the people who will operate the system. Scope closed and price closed before writing the first line.

PHASE 03

Deployment

Build and integration in production, on your systems and with your data in Europe. Short deliveries, each one measured against the business case, not against a timeline.

PHASE 04

Operation and handover

Tracking the result, tuning the system and handing it over to your team. The goal is in-house capability, not dependence on Stradiax.

PHASE 05 · OPTIONAL

Maintenance and support

Optional, after the handover: monitoring, support and evolving the system with the business, at a fixed price. If your team runs it alone, perfect; if you prefer us behind it, we stay.

Why Stradiax.

We do not sell AI we know by hearsay. We operate it.

We operate what we build

Stradiax runs on AI systems designed and built by the firm itself: MCouncil, SLVD, ServiceIQ, SmartHunt and NeuralPitch operate every day on our own P&L. The standard we apply to ours is the one we apply to yours.

Senior judgement, one counterpart

A Senior Advisor leads the project start to finish, with no integrator in between. We know the big integrators from the inside: we know how they size and where a scope gets inflated, and ServiceIQ puts the market figure on the table.

Two pillars, one rule

Stradiax's advisory is fully independent from third parties, and implementation is a separate service of our own. What we review in Second Opinion, Executive Committee Support or Peer Review we do not deploy ourselves.

The proof

The proof

Systems built and operated by Stradiax, in production.

Romulo architecture console: Stradiax's mesh of AI agents orchestrated in production
Romulo, Stradiax's agent operating system: dozens of agents orchestrated over Google Workspace, ServiceIQ, SmartHunt and NeuralPitch, working 24/7.
ServiceIQ: multi-year staffing plan for an SAP managed service generated with AI, client data blurred
ServiceIQ: multi-year staffing plan for an SAP managed service, generated and audited with AI. Client data blurred.
Stradiax regulatory intelligence graph with European regulations and their relationships
Regulatory intelligence: a living graph of European regulation (AI Act, CBAM, CSRD and dozens more), with relationships between rules and affected sectors.
NeuralPitch techniques screen, Stradiax's AI sales trainer
NeuralPitch: AI sales training, 53 techniques and feedback in 15 seconds. In production, by subscription.

Stradiax operates many more autonomous systems like these, always under the AI + People principle: they are an inseparable part of our competitive advantage. What we do not show: MCouncil and SLVD only work inside the mandates, and the systems and projects built for clients are under NDA.

Who it is for. And who it is not for.

We would rather give you an honest no on day one than a pilot that leads nowhere.

It is for you if

You have an identified use case, or you come out of a Strategic Advisory mandate with the lever located. There is a process where margin leaks into repetitive tasks. You want a system of your own, integrated with your SAP, your ERP or your CRM, with the data in Europe. And the person who signs wants a figure and an owner, not a demo.

It is not for you if

You are after a pilot to show around, with no intention of taking it to production. The lever is not located yet: that gets resolved first, with Strategic Advisory or Shift Directivo, and many projects are born exactly there. Or you want us to deploy something we have reviewed in Second Opinion, board work or peer review: that firewall we do not cross.

The two-pillar rule

The advisory is independent. Implementation is a service of our own. What we review for you we do not deploy ourselves: you can ask us for both without one contaminating the other.
The two-pillar rule

Price and format.

You pay for the system and its result, not for anyone's hours.

1Business case closed before building
4+1Phases from case to handover, with optional maintenance
1Senior counterpart start to finish
0Billable hours

Fixed price per project

The price is set when the business case is closed, once the scope and the figure are clear. There is no public list because no two systems are alike. What there never is: billable hours or change orders that grow on their own.

If the ROI does not close, it does not get built

The first phase exists so we can say no. If the figure does not hold, we tell you on day one and you keep the analysis. An honest no also protects your P&L.

How you buy it

You book 30 minutes with a Senior Advisor. If there is a case, we sign the confidentiality agreement and close the business case. With the figure and the scope closed, we set the price and design begins.

Questions before you book

What we get asked before the first call

How much does it cost to implement an AI system with Stradiax?

Fixed price per project, set when the business case is closed, once the scope and the figure are clear. We do not publish a price list because no two systems are alike: an assistant over your documentation does not cost the same as an agent integrated with SAP. What is the same in every project: we never bill by the hour, and the price does not move once the scope is closed.

How long does it take to reach production?

The business case sets it, and it includes the figure and the deadline by which it has to materialise. We work with short deliveries that enter production in phases and are measured against that figure, not with a big bang six months out. From the first delivery the system is already working on your real process.

What happens if the business case does not close?

It does not get built, and we tell you on day one. The first phase exists precisely for that: putting the figure on the table before spending a euro on development. Sometimes the conclusion is "this process does not justify an AI system yet", and that conclusion also protects your P&L. You keep the analysis and whatever alternatives have surfaced.

Does it integrate with our SAP, ERP or CRM?

Yes: integration with the systems where your operation already lives is part of the scope, not an extra. If SAP is involved, the Advisor activates SLVD, our latent value discovery system, to find out what you have already paid for and do not use before adding anything new on top.

Where is the data? Does it comply with the EU AI Act and GDPR?

Data is processed in Europe and governance is part of the design from day one: compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR, traceability of every action the system takes and human control at the points that require it. The system has to be explainable to your board and to the regulator, and that is designed in, not patched on.

Who operates the system when you are done?

Your team. It takes part from the design phase, operates the system from day one in production and receives the full handover in the operation and handover phase. And if you prefer to have us behind it, there is an optional fifth phase of maintenance and support: monitoring, adjustments and evolving the system, at a fixed price. The goal of the project is still to leave you with in-house capability, not to create dependency on Stradiax.

How does this fit with your independence as advisors?

They are two separate pillars with a hard rule in between. The advisory (Strategic Advisory, Mindset Reframing, Executive Committee Support, Peer Review and Second Opinion) is fully independent from third parties: no reselling, no partner programmes, no commissions. And what we review in the review services we do not deploy ourselves. When we implement, you close the business case before the first line of code.

What if I am not clear on the use case yet?

Then the right order is different. A Strategic Advisory mandate locates the lever and puts a figure on it, and Shift Directivo trains the committee to separate the AI that pays from the AI that only consumes. Many implementation projects are born exactly there. If you tell us the case in the 30-minute call, we will tell you plainly which is the right door.

Do you have the process and the figure in your head?

Book 30 minutes with a Senior Advisor. We leave the call knowing whether there is a business case, what is missing to close it and what the first delivery would be.
