This site is operated by Stradiax Executive, S.L., a Spanish company, 100% Spanish-owned, based in Madrid, founded in 2007. You can reach us at info@stradiax.eu.
Stradiax is a strategic technology advisory firm. The site presents the firm, its services, its products, and makes it easy to reach a senior advisor. It is not a direct sales platform, and no subscription is sold through it. Site content is informational and does not constitute individualised professional advice on its own. Specific recommendations are delivered within a formal Advisory mandate, scoped in writing.

The chat assistant is an informational tool built on top of an external language model. Its replies are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. All site content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, design, structure, and content selection) is owned by Stradiax Executive, S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property laws.
The marks Stradiax, MCouncil (Master Council), Shift Directivo, and NeuralPitch are trademarks of Stradiax Executive, S.L. Reproduction or use without express written authorisation is prohibited.

The assistant, the forms, and the booking flow rely on third-party services:

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless mandatory consumer protection rules establish a different forum.
